Quinta do Rosal is a small and very tasteful residential development, situated in a quiet area just 4 km from Carvoeiro – far enough to be peaceful, but close enough to be convenient. The development consists of a small number of individual detached villas and some townhouses, which are built in grounds around the central communal large swimming pool (with separate children’s pool) and restaurant area.
There are also tennis courts available for the use of guests and residents. The restaurant is a feature of Quinta do Rosal, offering a range of excellent quality food and the weekly barbecue around the pool is a great hit with visitors. There is also a poolside internet café and small shop selling essentials, as well as a very helpful reception (open 9.30am until 5.30pm 7 days a week from Apr to Oct, Mon to Fri in Winter), where videos/DVDs can be hired and local advice is available.
This is a delightful corner of the Algarve and the Carvoeiro area offers several beautiful beaches, including Benagil, Marinha and Abandeira, all of which are within 5-7 min drive of Quinta do Rosal.
We offer a selection of two and three bedroom townhouses and bungalows, set in lovely lawned grounds above the swimming pool and restaurant area. They are extremely spacious, most comfortably and tastefully furnished and are very well equipped, making a delightful holiday home. Some houses have air-conditioning available at an extra local cost of €30 per week, please request this facility at the time of booking.
Three Bedroom Townhouses (sleep 6 + 1 child) are on 2 storeys and have a lounge/dining room with satellite TV (with most free to air UK channels) and video or DVD, plus patio doors leading onto a dining terrace with two sunbeds and a lawned garden area. Fitted kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. One twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs, plus a double bedroom, twin bedroom and further full ensuite bathroom upstairs. An extra bed can be provided for 1 child for an extra charge of £8 per night.

The Reception centre, with a restaurant and communal swimming pool, lies at the heart of the resort, which also offers a children's play area, mini-golf and nearby tennis courts. Praia do Carvalho, one of the Algarve's most beautiful and secluded beaches, lies just below the resort and a short drive away. Reception can book golf at discounted rates at the Gramacho and Pinta golf courses.
All of the villas at Algarve Clube Atlantico are privately-owned, so decor and furnishings vary, but each villa is of a high standard. All villas have heating, which is available at no extra charge, making these villas very comfortable for a Winter break.

Casa O’Sonho is a charming, homely villa situated in a quiet area of the residential Quinta das Raposeiras estate, in a slightly elevated position with good views over the countryside and distant sea views from the rooftop sun terrace. The house is set in extensive private grounds with mature bushes and shingle pathways, so there is lots of space and privacy.
Tennis courts can be hired from the bar at the entrance to the estate. There is a large private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m, with roman steps) with spacious sun terraces and shaded dining terrace accessed via patio doors from lounge, plus a built in BBQ and further dining terrace to the side of the house. The rooftop solarium is accessed via external steps. Inside, the villa is simply but comfortably furnished.
One storey. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with library of English novels, TV, DVD and CD players, plus a kitchen with full cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom.

Casa Arosa is a simple cottage situated in its own plot of land. There is a dining area with portable BBQ, and the pool (dimensions: 10.5m x 5m depth: 1.15m to 1.8m) is at the rear of the house, offering excellent country views and down to the sea in the distance. Although peaceful and rural, it is just 20 min drive to the coast and beaches around Faro, whilst the larger village of Santa Barbara de Nexe and the attractive market town of Loule are within 10 - 15 min drive.
The tennis courts are for the use of residents on the estate and can be booked at the local development office, where there is also a small coffee shop. Local shops are within a few min drive and restaurants and other shops are available in Bordeira, approximately 5 km.

Although peaceful and rural, it is just 20 min drive from Casa do Alto to the coast and beaches around Faro, whilst the larger village of Santa Barbara de Nexe and the attractive market town of Loule are within 10-15 min drive.

Just outside the small village of Sesmarias (with a small selection of shops and cafes) and 5 km from both the beaches of Carvoeiro and the town of Lagoa, it offers excellent amenities for a top quality, relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is at Ferragudo, Praia dos Caneiros, just 5 min drive away.
As well as the large pool and children’s pool area bordered by sun terraces, there is also a children’s playground, a gym, steam room, Jacuzzi, mini putting green and badminton court for guests’ use.
